Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services, subscriptions, and transactions made through AssetZiva’s app, website, or affiliated platforms.
📌 Refunds are processed as per service eligibility criteria.
📌 Cancellations must be requested within the specified time frames.
📌 All transactions are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Users can cancel subscription-based services anytime, but cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle.
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods. Users must cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid automatic charges.
• Users may cancel a property listing or advertisement before it goes live for a full refund.
• Once a listing is published, no refund requests will be accepted.
• Cancellations are allowed only before document processing begins. If a request is made to cancel before processing, a partial refund may be issued after deducting processing fees.
• No refunds for services already initiated or completed.
• Refund Requests are accepted for Services not Delivered, incorrect,duplicate or invalid transactions
• Following are non-refundable once availed
  Subscription Fees (except for errors in billing).
  Completed Property Listings & Advertisements.
  Legal & Documentation Services once initiated.
  Payments made directly to third-party service providers.
  
• Any requests for refunds or cancellation of services must be submitted via E-Mail within 7days from the time of transaction
• Accepted and eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days
• Refund amount after deducting any processing fees (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment source.
